A Sustainable Approach To Social Business
With the core purpose of tackling community and social issues through the medium of Arts, including drama, dance, singing and performing art, The Artz Centre has participated in a wide range of cohesive projects along with the public and private sector. When it comes to the arts and working on creative projects, we have demonstrated our capabilities across a range of sectors, working in education, corporate events and government initiatives to name a few. However, we understand that we cannot maintain a sustainable business in isolation and have made steps to securing the long term future of Artz Centre, allowing us to tackle social issues for years to come.
Our approach of establishing and building relationships with public and private sector organisations has contributed to the execution of sustainable social enterprise between all parties. The model below illustrates how the combination of skills and resources can contribute towards achieving sustainable social enterprise – matching the desire to address a social issue with the resources to do so.

For Artz Centre, this approach has enabled us to offer a number of additional services to make our offering more robust and we have tapped into the local business community for their support and guidance to do so. From our professionally designed website, our engagement with local media agencies and our introduction to a number of major business players in the local area, our offering has become more effective in its delivery, profitability and sustainability. This has seen us received considerable attention from the public sector and other social enterprises, looking to gain the maximum value and exposure for their respective projects and causes.
