Two seperate casts comprised of Artz students from the Lathom and Our Ladies Academies took to the stage in a refreshing new twist on the much loved classic Joseph and His Technicolour Dreamcoat. The production was stage at Lathom High School and was seen by 4 good audiences during the month of May 2013.
Joseph was the first time in which many of these students had performed on stage but this was clearly not evident by the quality and energy of their performance. The production was also attended by Mr J Smart( Head Teacher of Our Ladies)who had this to say;
“It was an absolute pleasure to attend Artz Academy’s production of Joseph and his Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Mark and his team of volunteers continue to do a fantastic job in building the self-confidence, self-esteem and literacy skills in a diverse groups of children from across the town. To see how much their confidence has grown was a pleasure and I am proud of all of each and every one of the cast! The talent developing in this group of young performers is outstanding. The show was perfectly executed with delightful singing. I can’t wait for the next production!
